I designed a digital platform that simplifies access to expert legal guidance for probate and wills. The goal was to make complex legal processes understandable, transparent, and approachable, especially for users dealing with sensitive life situations.

CHALLENGE
Traditional law firm websites overwhelm users with jargon and generic forms, offering little guidance or emotional reassurance.
Our goal was to simplify this journey through transparency, empathy, and seamless digital guidance.
MY ROLE
I led the end-to-end design, creating a cohesive visual language and component system tailored to the legal industry’s demographic. I built scalable, consistent UI patterns, ensuring accessibility and reusability across the platform. Working closely with the team, I helped design and launch the MVP, and continue to support the product post-launch, designing new features and refining the experience as the platform evolves.
OUTCOME
The product launched successfully and has already helped many people complete their probate services with ease and confidence. The clear guidance, friendly design, and transparent pricing made the process feel approachable and stress-free. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, with great Trustpilot reviews and growing numbers of users choosing the platform to handle their legal needs.
